The Elite is exactly as it says on the tin, Elite. A German designed & built ladder that for a long time was reserved for commercial applications is now available for installation to the domestic market at a fixed price. It has the deepest treads of any product in our range at 140mm and is tested to over 200kg's.
Despite its heavy duty build it is incredibly easy to operate with a spring system meaning the ladder is easy to get in & out of the loft and will not fly out of the loft hatch like cheaper models.
We install a standard sized product with a 350mm wide tread available at 5 different lengths up to 3.39m with a telescopic handrail included. Other widths of ladder and an adaptor for vertical openings are available on request.
All opening sizes are quoted without a handrail, the minimum sized opening required to accommodate the handrail is 820mm in length, the width of the hatch is unaffected.
Pricing for this item is currently on application only due to the increasing costs of goods from Europe.
