This customer had recently purchased this property and benefited from a large loft that had remained completely unused.

We started off with adding 3 LED lights and removing the old water tanks.

​

Next up was raising the floor on 150mm timbers and adding a 100mm insulation top up.

​

Then it was into the boarding which due to the structure wasn’t the most straightforward but the end result is great.

And finally we finished the job with our Telescopic loft ladder with insulated trap door.
