Most houses built in the UK before 2000 will have a base layer in between the joists of 100mm, but by adding a secondary top up layer it is estimated that depending on other factors you could save up to 45% on your energy bills.

BREATHABLE ROOFING MEMBRANE
If you are looking at creating a clean, dust free environment then this product could be the perfect addition to your loft.
This products main purpose is to eliminate dust ingress but still provide a ventilated loft space. It is rolled out across the joist and stapled into place.

AIRTEC INSULATING LINING
If you are looking at creating a clean, dust free environment but would also like a more controlled temperature then Airtec could be your solution.
The main purpose of this material is to take the edge off the season that effects all lofts, in the winter it is not so cold and in the summer not as hot, perfect if your storage is temperature sensitive.
This material is rolled onto the rafter, stapled in place and all of the joints are taped.
