This clients home on the Kent coast had a loft crying out for some TLC. The loft was almost completely untouched and the property had a high ceiling too. Due to its proximity directly on the shore it was also prone to being very cold.

We installed new loft insulation, boarded and raised the floor and installed the Elite Concertina loft ladder into an extended opening with a new insulated trap door to comfortably cover the ceiling hight and provide the customer a safe access. We then finished off the project with an Airtec insulating roof membrane to help maintain a reasonable level of temperature in the loft.
