This customers loft had remain unused for a number of years losing heat exponentially due to its lack of insulation. The customers young family also required the valuable storage space it could provide.

We started by clearing the loft including cutting up the old water tank. We then installed a new top up layer of insulation improving the thermal efficiency of the house and hopefully saving the customer some money on their energy bills.

Next job was to install the raised platform so the insulation could remain unimpeded and the weight of the storage would be evenly distributed through the floor, then we installed the new loft flooring.

To finish we installed a new insulated trap door and fitted the Youngman Telescopic loft ladder. Top job.
