Horsemonden, Kent, 2020

This client in Horsemonden had a loft above a kitchen that was wasted space, and with the imminent return home of their children they desperately needed the additional storage.

We started by cleaning the loft out, moving the customers items to one side and disposing of anything left. We then extended the loft hatch, installed a raised loft floor, lined the roof with a breathable membrane to limit the dust ingress and then finished with a Youngman Telescopic Loft Ladder. What a difference!
